After the bill has been completely paid, the customer is getting the </B></div> <div> <B>master and the recording material. If the material is being exchanged by post, the customer has to pay the full summ of the bill before the </B></div> <div> <B>production, mastering etc. is getting started.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>-§- </B></div> <div> <B>For manufacturing, the whole summ including 5% over pressed CD´s has to be paid before start.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>-§-</B></div> <div> <B>The customer is responsible for all license affairs and fees like ASCAP etc. within his used material and owned material.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>-§-</B></div> <div> <B>Material errors or damages in recordings or mastering, as well with manufactured material in form of CD´s etc., have to be announced within </B></div> <div> <B>seven days after receipt, under written details. Exceptions are decided by the company. If the customer is delivering his own Premaster or </B></div> <div> <B>master, of which a premaster is being made of, he is careing the full responsibility for any defekts and damages, that can occur at duplication </B></div> <div> <B>and editing results of this material.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>-§-</B></div> <div> <B>The customer is before and while the studio sessions responsible for a low alcohol consumption and a zero drug consumption. Eating and </B></div> <div> <B>drinking, as well as smoking is allowed only in the assigned areas. The customer can be made responsible for all damages that are caused in </B></div> <div> <B>the studio, in the appartment, in the building and the environment around.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>-§-</B></div> <div> <B>Booked and not taken studio time, has to be paid regularly, except of in extra agreements with the producer. In case of quitting a booked production, the</B></div> <div> <B>prepaid summ is held back for tightening out lost time, that has to be used for booking with other customers.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>-§-</B></div> <div> <B>The full bill has to be paid on date set on the bill. In case that the bill is not getting fully paid in time, we´re keeping any time ready to take special </B></div> <div> <B>measures through official institutions, what can cause additional costs to the customer.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>-§-</B></div> <div> <B>All prices are with no warranty.</B></div> </td> </tr></table></body>
